The playful knobs that shine with the general’s keen sensibility cultivated through many experiences and the traditional and orthodox Edomae sushi are completely contrasted in one course. Only the <Random Course> behaves. The course begins with a soup of rich clams that unwinds the mind, followed by wistful knobs, and the long-awaited traditional and orthodox Edomae grip appears. The unique taste of the sushi Matsumoto, which is made by sprinkling homemade salt on the streaks of the fatty tuna, is also a unique attraction.
